The second installment of our project with Japanese craftspeople. A glass water purifier is born | Cleansui
Cleansui
Pop-up Event at BEAMS JAPAN
Cleansui, a company with world-leading water purification technology, launched the project "CLEANSUI KNOWS JAPANESE CRAFTS" last year. This initiative involves contemplating "tools for a life with readily available clean water" alongside Japanese craftspeople.
The second partner in this series is Craft-U, a glass studio based in Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture. The studio excels in shaping forms using the burner work technique and is known for its glass products that possess both delicacy and a sense of freedom. For this collaboration, a cartridge equipped with Cleansui's hollow fiber membrane filter has been integrated into a beautifully formed glass server.
Craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology have been masterfully fused to give birth to the "Cleansui JP101-C" glass water purifier. Its ability to deliver clean, delicious water is guaranteed. It can truly be called a masterpiece that doubles as a piece of tableware.
