An organic, flowing form that exudes an artistic presence.

George Nelson, a luminary of mid-century design, stands alongside Charles and Ray Eames and Girard. Throughout the 1950s to the 1970s, Nelson's office developed numerous products for the home, infusing American households with playful design.

The "Ceramic Clock" from Vitra, released now, is a phantom timepiece first presented in 1953, yet it saw little market distribution at the time. The three models released this time are based on original designs and prototypes from that era.

The body, with its geometric yet organic and smooth curves, evokes the art of Constantin Brancusi and Isamu Noguchi. The design, reflecting the passion of its time, is sure to bring color to your days as it marks their passage.
