Eitaro Sohonpo, founded in 1818, opened its candy specialty brand "Ameya Eitaro" in 2007, expressing evolved candies unbound by conventional ideas. The year 2017, marking the 10th anniversary of its opening, sees the release of new products each season.

These include "Sweet Heart," a bright red heart-shaped candy released for White Day; "Cool Lip," a summer limited edition product with a balanced blend of two fruits; "Tea Lip," a winter limited edition product that pairs tea with honey candy; and the newly released "Christmas Jewel." This last item is exclusive to the holiday season.

The sparkle of the "Christmas Jewel" is akin to that of a diamond. Its brilliance is maximized by a "brilliant cut."
