MISHIM POTTERY CREATION is a ceramic brand born from a collaboration between a ceramic artist and the design label mishim. The process involves in-depth discussions based on the artist's preferred techniques, materials, and worldview, with mishim making the final design decisions.


As each piece is handmade, every item has a subtly different expression. The new "fractal" collection, developed with Hyozan Kiln in Mino, features tableware with classical Western forms complemented by a primitive, powerful Kairagi (craquelure).

The subtle variations inherent in pottery making, often influenced by chance, lend a sense of both novelty and familiarity. Available from early November.
