Cooking with High Far-Infrared Radiation, Even Heat Distribution, and Superior Thermal Conductivity





ANAORI CARBON traces its roots to a company founded in 1962, specializing in carbon brushes for motors.

For over 20 years, they have researched cookware that leverages the unique properties of carbon, releasing high-performance and stylish products like "OVAL" and "VOL." onto the market.

Now, they introduce "JET" and "JAZZ," designed with a focus on grilling performance and aesthetics. Both are masterfully carved from carbon, boasting carbon's characteristic high far-infrared radiation and even heat distribution, while maximizing its thermal conductivity, which is three times that of iron.

As its name suggests, "JET" is a model optimized for searing steaks, inspired by the design of a jet engine. With a base thickness of up to 23mm, the substantial volume of material stores heat and releases it uniformly. This prevents temperature drops when food is added, allowing for a perfect sear and even, slow cooking.

This results in a beautifully puffed sear. The grooves, designed to mimic jet engine blades, efficiently drain excess fat, achieving an authentic steakhouse finish.

In contrast, "JAZZ" features a thinner base compared to "JET." This allows for more responsive heat control, making it ideal not only for grilling vegetables and meats but also for dishes like sukiyaki. Its design, inspired by speaker cones, befits its name. Unlike the powerful image of "JET," "JAZZ" offers a touch of playfulness and humor.
