The "CH24 / Y Chair," a long-selling product for nearly 70 years since its debut, is known as the fruit of collaborative work between designer Hans J. Wegner and the craftsmen at Carl Hansen & Søn. To commemorate Wegner's birthday, a special version is being released for design enthusiasts and collectors.

The material used is North American elm wood (oil finish), a distinctive wood known for its excellent durability and prominent grain. The seat is made of natural paper cord, and all chairs are engraved with Hans J. Wegner's signature and date.





The special edition is scheduled for release on Sunday, April 2nd, Wegner's 103rd birthday. Advance reservations are accepted.
