CRAFT DESIGN TECHNOLOGY's new product is the "Accordion Letter Set." This incorporates the characteristics of a "scroll" that can be cut to any desired length, and features perforations along the folds.




The manufacturer is "Chuhara," a venerable establishment in Tokyo's Nihonbashi district with over 200 years of history. This long-standing business was an early exporter of Japanese paper and importer of Western paper during the Meiji era. The thick paper cover is made by mixing colors during the papermaking process, resulting in a unique texture. The cover is available in three colors: "Ash White (5mm grid, irregular)," "Chestnut (10mm horizontal ruling)," and "Dull Color (3mm grid)," with the contents varying by color.

The paper's ruling uses "Shallow Green," the color of new shoots, said to be gentle on the eyes, elegantly enhancing the strokes of fountain pens and ballpoint pens. It is suitable for both short notes and long letters.
