Art Project "VISION in Motion" Focusing on the Perspectives of Female Artists | CURATOR’S CUBE
Focus on the "Craft" of Female Artists
Viewing the Landscape Before and After Creation as Art
"VISION in MOTION Vol.1 -Female Craft California-"
Landscape Products announces an art project featuring female artists with whom they have deepened their relationships. The project, titled "VISION in MOTION 2015 Vol.1 -Female Craft California-", conveys feminine strength and unique creativity. It is an endeavor to express new values distinct from male craftsmanship, such as their unique perspectives, boldness, discoveries of beauty in the production process, and expressions of vibrant joy.

Attention on Discoveries and Changes During the Creation Process, Not Just the Finished Product
The art project "VISION in MOTION 2015 Vol.1 -Female Craft California-" focuses on five female artists from the West Coast of the United States, with whom Landscape Products has cultivated close relationships, aiming to convey the charm of craft unique to female creators.
Products are viewed not only for their finished beauty but also for the "process" of creation as a key element of their appeal. The project also highlights discoveries and changes during the production process, as well as the chemistry that arises from various connections and interactions, such as between people and between materials.
This企画 is a testament to Landscape Products' unique insight, having been captivated by the "perspectives" of these artists in their creative activities and following their journeys. A photobook featuring the artists at work, captured by photographer Yoko Takahashi, will also be released.
Works Infused with Femininity and California Spirit
The artists featured this time are all pursuing beauty while cherishing each moment of their creative process, under the free spirit of California. While not immediately accessible, they are artists worth discovering over time.
The exhibition displays not only the works but also their creation processes, offering a glimpse into the artists' lives. It is a unique opportunity to connect with their "moments" as they pursue beauty as individuals living their lives.
