First Collection Unveils Six Series
The Armani \/ Casa Exclusive Wallcoverings Collection, launched by Armani \/ Casa, is a collaboration with Jannelli & Volpi, an Italian company founded in Milan in 1961 that has led the Italian market for wallpaper and upholstery fabrics.
The company's cutting-edge digital technology merges with Armani's aesthetic to propose an unprecedented worldview and comprehensive spaces.
In addition to the six series in the debut collection, there are four solid-color series, with product names inspired by famous operas adding a distinctive touch.
Focus on the "TROCADERO" Table with Linen Antiquing Finish
The "TROCADERO" table (top photo), a signature model from Armani \/ Casa, now features a new "linen antiquing finish" that embodies advanced craftsmanship. Every process, including the finishing and patination (akin to aged patina in Japan), is entirely handmade. Through numerous steps, such as applying silver leaf and brown paint to linen fabric, a unique depth and character are created.
The Armani \/ Casa 2014-2015 collection also introduces a lamp collection. The table lamps, inspired by traditional Asian lanterns, are 100% handmade using time-honored Murano glass techniques.
The "HYADES" model features Murano glass for both the shade and base, casting a sophisticated, exquisite light. The "HACK" model is functional, serving not only as room decor but also as a practical light for the floor. It comes in two colors: blue \/ gray, a refined blend of the striped gray and blue found in rock formations, offering elegant luxury; and gold, adding a touch of glamour.
