Completion of the luxury real estate project "Macca Residence" comprising three towers.
The "Macca Residence," a luxury real estate development that garnered the "Best Architectural Project in Europe 2011" award (Residential category) in the International Property Awards even during its construction phase, has now been completed. For this project, Armani / Casa was responsible for the interior design of the lobbies, shared spaces, and numerous residences within the three towers.

A new benchmark in European luxury residences.
The "Macca Residence" consists of three towers (total area 7,300 m²) offering spectacular views of the Bosphorus Strait, the Princes' Islands (Adalar), and Seraglio Point (Sarayburnu) from its location in the heart of Istanbul, Turkey. The project is a collaboration between the Armani Group and Astas Holding / Bemes Estate for its design and operation.
The lobby of Tower A (pictured above) boasts a visually striking design, complemented by a magnificent curved staircase spanning two floors. Backlighting is skillfully employed here to create a lantern-like ambiance. Tower B's lobby features an imposing library reaching up to the ceiling, crafted from rosewood, while Tower C is distinguished by a unique curved wall with a pleat effect.
With 170 residences ranging from 135 to 500 m² and featuring one to three bedrooms, along with ten penthouses complete with balconies or terraces, Macca Residence stands as one of Europe's premier luxury housing developments today.

Purchasers of Macca Residence have the opportunity to specify custom interior fittings and furnishings through consultations with Armani / Casa's architectural and interior design team. Furthermore, three distinct combinations of materials and finishes are available for the interior. All residences are slated to feature kitchens from "Armani / Dada," a collaboration with the renowned kitchen brand Dada.
