Second Model Room Unveiled in Minami-Aoyama

This is the "RE : Apartment UNITED ARROWS LTD. MASTER PLAN B" custom condominium renovation plan, a joint project between MyReno by Global Base, which specializes in custom renovation services, and UNITED ARROWS.

MyReno by Global Base is responsible for sourcing and constructing high-quality pre-owned condominiums in prime urban locations, while UNITED ARROWS handles the interior design and furniture production.

The concept is "a minimal, sophisticated, and comfortable space that harmonizes with the resident's tastes and preferences." The design, intended for discerning adults, is minimal and refined, utilizing fewer materials and stripping away extraneous ornamentation.


From the entrance to the hallway, this plan features original flooring spanning an entire wall, with the same oak grain pattern repeated throughout. Walls and storage are integrated, creating a sophisticated space.

The entrance area includes a dedicated shoe closet utilizing charcoal for superior dehumidification and odor control, along with ample storage for outerwear, umbrellas, and shoe care items. This thoughtful design reflects UNITED ARROWS' expertise in fashion and lifestyle.

The bathroom, accessible from the hallway, features a 1620-sized bathtub. High-quality materials are used to ensure it doesn't feel like a standard unit bath, aiming for a relaxing and functional space. A notable feature is the access to the bedroom via the vanity area.

The vanity and laundry room create a sense of unity by extending the marble-effect tiles and slate floor from the bathroom. The vanity area is equipped with a three-sided mirror, a long counter for hanging clothes and ironing, and ample storage, doubling as a walk-in closet.

The bedroom is separated from the vanity area by large sliding doors, which can be opened to create a unified private space. A fixed shelf and reading light are installed above the headboard. Sisal flooring provides a comfortable walking surface.


Opening the door, which is integrated into the bedroom wall, reveals a walk-in closet. It is equipped with storage for all types of clothing and a large full-length mirror, ensuring ample space for even extensive wardrobes.

The living and dining area is furnished with original and selected furniture, as well as curtains chosen from a UNITED ARROWS perspective, creating an atmosphere suitable for gatherings. The lighting design and the minimalist space created by the integrated wall storage contribute to an environment that harmonizes with the resident's personal style.


The original kitchen features black-dyed natural wood, serving as an accent in the living and dining space. The countertops and backsplash use marble-effect tiles, offering a luxurious yet easy-to-maintain finish. A flush-mounted combination oven, dishwasher, and wine cellar enhance both aesthetics and functionality.

The model room is now open in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. It offers an inspiring glimpse into future lifestyles. Visitors to the model room can then arrange for a renovation plan tailored to their desired location, lifestyle, and preferences, with customized layouts and specifications.
