A World of Enchantment, Bathed in Soft Light
Soft light spills from within clouds, revealing the world of Gervasoni. New pieces were unveiled in a space where this poetic vision and innovative design coexist. The unique character born from craftsmanship and experience cultivated over three generations, and the elegance derived from high-quality materials, combined with the worldview depicted by art director Paola Navone, created an enchanting atmosphere.

An Invitation to the Gervasoni Lifestyle
During the Salone del Mobile, the Gervasoni booth was enveloped in what resembled white clouds, with block walls of casually stacked sponge-like material and metallic flooring that glittered, reflecting light, objects, and people. This display, which captivated many, was an "enlightened space" conceived by art director Paola Navone for the brand's exhibition. Layers of effects and textures from materials like reflection, transparency, translucency, and metallics fostered a mysterious ambiance, and the unique eclecticism born from ultimate balance can be said to be the unparalleled worldview of the Gervasoni brand.
Drawn in by the light, we proceeded inside, where semi-transparent corrugated slate formed a large arc, serving as a stage for each collection, evoking living and dining spaces. In addition to stools and low tables made of rattan, a technical symbol of Gervasoni, long benches and ceramic stools and low tables were added to existing collections, expanding their range.
The "BRASS95" lamp, with its thinly stretched brass shade, appeared like a symbolic object floating in the air. New color variations were added to the sofa textiles, gently brightening the light-filled world. The light and delicate rattan stools, along with the roughly woven PVC lampshades, created a unique beauty.
The inspiration behind Paola Navone's creation of this eclecticism reportedly stems from encounters during her travels around the world. The poetic and enchanting space, born from the combination of encountered materials and Navone's experience, offered a contemporary interpretation and lifestyle proposal by intentionally juxtaposing historical collections with new pieces.
Currently, Gervasoni products are distributed in over 50 countries worldwide, primarily for homes and hotels. Founded in 1925, the company is currently led by third-generation representatives Giovanni Gervasoni and Michele Gervasoni.
"The Gervasoni worldview, which is also evident in our new products, is highly appreciated by people in Japan, and we are very much looking forward to future developments," says Michele Gervasoni. In Japan, to continuously meet the high domestic appreciation, the bed brand "Letti&Co.," established in 2012 with art direction also by Paola Navone, will begin its rollout this year.
