In recent years, the number of men growing beards has been increasing annually. This trend is particularly strong among men in their 20s and 30s, with beard-wearing men now accounting for over one in four. As business environments have become more tolerant of beards than before, attitudes towards beards among men are gradually changing across society. In response to this, Philips is releasing new grooming appliances to meet the demand for "beard design."

Washable and No Oiling Required
As society becomes more accepting of beards, an increasing number of men are enjoying well-groomed facial hair. To meet this growing demand for beard design and support the rising number of beard wearers, Philips has introduced the "Style Shaver" and "Beard Trimmer."
The Style Shavers, "QS6161" and "QS6141," are 3-in-1 electric shavers capable of shaving, styling, and trimming. The inner blades, a first for Philips shaver products, are made in Japan, ensuring a sharp cut. With superior cutting performance, shaving speed is increased by 20%. The trimmer section, when equipped with a comb, allows for 12 levels of length adjustment, catering to detailed beard designs. Furthermore, the main unit is fully washable, making it suitable for use in the bath. Oiling is also unnecessary, simplifying daily maintenance. Charging times are 1 hour for the QS6161 and 4 hours for the QS6141.
Meanwhile, the Beard Trimmer "QT4005" is an electric trimmer that allows for 20 levels of length adjustment in 0.5mm increments. By turning the dial on the main unit, the beard length can be adjusted without needing to change combs. Featuring a sharp steel blade and an extremely simple yet user-friendly design, it can be considered a classic Philips product. This model has a charging time of 10 hours.
