Christmas Traditions with Royal Copenhagen

Royal Copenhagen, the luxury tableware brand from Denmark with over 240 years of history, releases its "Year Plates" every year around this time.

Since the first edition was released in 1908, the plates have depicted various scenes. Once production is complete, the molds are destroyed, ensuring no plate is ever made again. This makes them highly sought after by collectors worldwide, who eagerly anticipate the arrival of winter.

The theme for 2019 is "A Chance Encounter in the Danish Countryside." The gentle gaze of the beautifully rendered animals is sure to warm your heart.

Also noteworthy is the "Christmas Collection." The new "Star Fluted Christmas Limited Edition" is a generous 25cm bowl. Its slightly raised sides make it easy to serve food and add a festive touch to your table.
