The GreenFan, announced in 2010, is said to have changed the history of fans. The newly announced GreenFan mini retains the gentle, natural breeze and excellent energy-saving performance of its predecessors, but features a compact body with 25cm blades. While approximately 67% smaller than the original GreenFan, its performance is powerful.

The airflow from the 25cm blades reached approximately 3.5m at maximum setting. However, the GreenFan mini, equipped with efficient GreenFan technology, achieves an airflow of approximately 8m at maximum setting. Furthermore, its energy-saving design consumes only 2W at its weakest setting, and even at its strongest setting with an 8m reach, it consumes only about 10W. This is a standout feature of the GreenFan. It's an exemplary product, costing only about 11 yen per month for electricity if operated for 8 hours a day.


Additionally, BALMUDA has also announced the UniPack mobile battery. When combined with the GreenFan mini, it transforms into a cordless fan, allowing use anywhere without a power cord. This palm-sized UniPack boasts a large capacity exceeding 8000mAh, enabling up to 20 hours of continuous operation at the lowest setting with the GreenFan mini. It also features standard USB ports (compatible with 5V/2A), allowing you to charge smartphones and tablets. It can even provide enough power for approximately 2.5 full charges of a smartphone with a battery capacity of around 1400mAh.

The GreenFan mini is priced at 24,800 yen, the UniPack at 10,500 yen, and the set including both, the GreenFan mini + Battery, is 34,800 yen. They will be available from late May at the BALMUDA online store, interior shops, electronics retailers, and through catalog sales nationwide.
