T-fal's Unique Two Trays for More Authentic Menus!

The "Boulangerie" home bakery, featuring a "baguette tray" that allows you to easily bake French baguettes at home, and a newly developed "flat tray" for effortlessly making authentic sweets like macarons. In addition to standard bread, this single appliance lets you enjoy a variety of authentic menus.

T-fal's patented baguette tray, developed in-house, simply adds a baguette shaping step to the usual bread-making process. You can make up to four individual-sized French baguettes at once, and it also makes croissants and butter rolls with ease.

The steps are simple: add ingredients to the bread pan → remove the finished dough, divide into four portions, and shape into baguettes → place the shaped dough on the baguette tray and return it to the bread pan → bake. It's that easy!


The newly developed flat tray easily handles everything from mini melon pan and mini anpan to authentic sweets like macarons. It also includes an oven function, so you can enjoy making authentic sweets at home without the hassle of temperature adjustments.

The "Boulangerie" comes with an exclusive "Laloux Recipe" supervised by Frédéric Lalos, a recipient of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) award, which is unavailable elsewhere. It includes recipes for basic bread, the popular rice flour bread, and 65 original recipes.
