The Dyson V6 series maintains consistent suction power and high dust collection capabilities, while effectively capturing and removing fine particles as small as 0.3 microns (less than one-eighth the size of harmful PM2.5) and allergens, expelling air cleaner than the surrounding room air.

Manny Bennett, Product Performance Engineer, who visited Japan for the product launch, stated, "The Dyson V6 series offers powerful suction to reliably capture various types of debris. However, to prevent these fine particles from being released back into the room with the exhaust, a highly sealed product design is essential. Dyson engineers considered the filtration performance of the entire vacuum cleaner at every development stage."

Dyson engineers improved the filter located behind the motor, enhancing its ability to expel clean air while removing fine debris like allergens. Through repeated refinement of the main unit's design to strengthen its airtightness, the entire vacuum cleaner now achieves performance equivalent to a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter's particle capture rate.


Regarding the cordless stick vacuum, "Dyson V6 Fluffy," he explained, "The V6 Fluffy is 30% quieter than the 'DC62' released in 2013. It can also be used as a handheld vacuum, and its mini motorhead is ideal for cleaning stairs and soft furnishings, tackling stubborn dirt and pet hair."

Introducing the essential bedding cleaner

It is estimated that a typical set of beds and bedding harbors approximately 2 million dust mites, their dead bodies, and feces. Each mite can defecate about 20 times a day, potentially leading to over 40 million fecal particles per bed or bedding set.

Beds and bedding provide a favorable environment for dust mites to thrive, as human skin flakes serve as their food source, and body heat and perspiration maintain a warm, humid atmosphere.


The handheld vacuum, "Dyson V6 Mattress," is a bedding cleaner that removes dust, debris, and allergens from beds and mattresses with its powerful suction. By combining the Dyson Digital Motor V6 with a dedicated motorized brush bar, it extracts dust mite feces hidden deep within bedding. The post-motor filter captures particles as fine as 0.3 microns, expelling air cleaner than room air.
