Inspired by Traditional Japanese Architecture

"The Parkhouse Gran Chidorigafuchi" is being built in Sanbancho, Chiyoda Ward, a seven-minute walk from Hanzomon Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line. Leveraging its rare location adjacent to "Chidorigafuchi," famous as the Imperial Palace moat and a renowned cherry blossom viewing spot, the development achieves a layout that offers views of the "Imperial Palace Forest" from every unit.

The building's exterior design incorporates motifs inherited from traditional Japanese architecture. Balconies are treated as "eaves" (hisashi), casting shadows across the entire structure. Furthermore, glass railings for the balconies, combined with ceiling heights of approximately 2.5 meters (approximately 2.8 meters at the folded ceiling) and generous openings in each unit, ensure rich views and ample natural light.

In terms of facilities, one elevator is provided for every three or fewer units on each floor. The layout also prioritizes privacy, with features such as facility arrangements that allow residents and management to coexist without direct interaction. The building employs a "seismic isolation structure" and includes a disaster preparedness storage area. Additionally, bilingual concierge services, 24-hour manned security, and a four-tiered security system from the entrance to the residences provide comprehensive support for daily living, both in terms of hardware and software.
