Enjoying the Four Districts: Hiroo, Azabu, Aoyama, and Roppongi
A 6-minute walk from Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, and a 12-minute walk from Roppongi Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Facing Gaien Nishi-dori, "The Parkhouse Nishi-Azabu Residence" creates a lush environment through its landscape plan, which integrates the abundant greenery of the adjacent Koga Park and a shrine with its publicly accessible open spaces.
The tower residence, the area's tallest at 24 stories with 190 units, features "polished precast concrete" on its exterior walls, a meticulous material achieved by grinding the concrete surface by about 3mm. Its multifaceted form and facade, which change depending on the viewing angle, express the diverse character of Nishi-Azabu. The site also benefits from a strong foundation, allowing for the use of a direct foundation system.
The main entrance is positioned on the opposite side from Gaien Nishi-dori, prioritizing privacy. The design, which utilizes the city's comprehensive urban development system, includes an entrance reminiscent of a hidden sanctuary and an open, integrated entrance lounge that blends with the garden's water features and abundant greenery.
The revealed model room features a 120-square-meter unit from the three "Presidential Suites" located on the top floor. The living and dining area boasts a ceiling height of approximately 4 meters, creating a sense of openness. It is equipped with high-grade standard features such as glass walls, Dornbracht faucets, Jackson bathtubs, and electric blinds and curtain rails.
