A Share House Renovated from a Company Dormitory Opens

Yoga and DIY Classes, Garden Programs to Be Held
Bunentei sits on a site of approximately 1450 square meters, featuring a large garden where one can enjoy beautiful cherry blossoms in spring. The residence offers 15 private rooms, taking advantage of the spaciousness characteristic of a suburban estate, including a large shared space with a high ceiling and rooms facing the garden or with terraces.
The interior features items that highlight the texture of materials, such as chairs made from natural and reclaimed wood. The overall tone is simple, intentionally left in an unfinished state, reflecting an expectation that residents will shape their living environment together over time.
Original door handles and stair railings from its time as a company dormitory have been preserved, lending a classical ambiance. While storage space can often be limited in share houses, Bunentei provides trunk boxes and shoe boxes for all residents, with meticulously designed spaces that facilitate functional living.
Furthermore, Bunentei offers the unique joys of share house living. With its concept of "growing living," the residence will host regular events such as yoga and DIY classes, and gardening programs utilizing the garden and living spaces. These activities are intended to foster interaction among residents and their friends, building a strong community.

The open, airy spaces offer a sense of freedom only possible in a suburban estate, complemented by the pleasure of outdoor living surrounded by trees in the large garden. Life at Bunentei promises to be a place where communication among residents sparks synergistic effects, both in work and personal life.
