Vol.12 Neon Vagina @ 2010 NYC The Armory Show
To experience art in style, I visited the Armory Show again this year. It was hardly surprising that Damien Hirst's "Metallic Skull Print" sold out immediately. This year, I viewed the exhibition with two friends, artist Hiroki Otsuka and Pablo.

Let's talk about art through photography
The Armory Show is New York's largest art fair. The venue is vast, and it's impossible to see all the works in half a day. However, a recurring theme among the pieces stayed with me, which I've come to call "Neon Vagina."
This is because neon art seemed to be increasingly prevalent, and there were many works inspired by female genitalia. I thought it would be amazing if there were neon vulvas, but alas, there were none.
While art shows like this can sometimes feel a bit conventional, there were also geometric, crystalline, and metallic pieces reminiscent of NOOKA, which I found particularly interesting.
Although I often write about wanting to be an artist, I don't truly understand this world. So, I'd like to try and discuss art through my photographs!
I am neither an art journalist nor an educator, so I can only share my personal impressions. My opinions might be a bit radical, but I hope you'll forgive me!
