A new movement where food and art intertwine.—
On January 23rd (Saturday) at 6 PM, a talk event on "Art and Food" will be held at "Restaurant-I" in Harajuku's Togo Shrine, produced by Keisuke Matsushima, a French chef based in Nice. The event will feature Toshi Kawakami, representative of the design firm "artless," who is also an art director, graphic designer, and artist. This is a reservation-only event.

Restaurant-I's Bar Rendez-vous is a noteworthy space, serving as a platform for emerging designers and a social hub for the exchange of ideas among young talents who will shape the future. Here, encounters through art and food unfold, with the world expanding over a glass of wine.
Keisuke Matsushima, owner and chef of Restaurant-I, states, "Creativity, imagination, inspiration. Learning about art and learning about food are taste education for adults. Isn't the sensibility of the art world the same as the taste in the world of food? Let's learn the right knowledge and develop the judgment for the future."
The "Art and Food Soirée" was planned as an opportunity to create connections, centered around Keisuke Matsushima and Toshi Kawakami, both born in 1977, to break through the current stagnant situation in Japan.
In a space where Kawakami's "INFRAME" works are exhibited and the atmosphere is enhanced by SOOTHE's background music, a dinner service featuring dishes made with Edo vegetables and AYALA Champagne will be offered. This is a standing reception for a limited 40 guests, with a fee of 5,000 yen.
