As the most successful premium sedan, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class has held its position as a quintessential Mercedes vehicle since its introduction in 1947. With over 10 million units sold worldwide, it has consistently set the benchmark for premium sedans globally. Now, it undergoes its first full model change in seven years.

The lineup includes the "E 300" and "E 300 Avantgarde" equipped with a 3.0-liter V6 DOHC engine, the "E 350 Avantgarde" with a 3.5-liter V6 DOHC engine, and the "E 550 Avantgarde" powered by a 5.5-liter V8 DOHC engine.

Adopting a completely new interior and exterior that fuses tradition with innovation, and leveraging Mercedes' diverse cutting-edge technologies, significant improvements have been made in all aspects of safety, comfort, and environmental compatibility.

An entirely new exterior blending tradition and innovation with elegance and power

While the previous model had a softer image with its oval twin headlights, the new model features square, multifaceted headlamps. The front grille, surrounded by a three-dimensional chrome frame, embodies the "arrow design" characteristic of the latest Mercedes-Benz, with its V-shape exuding dynamic presence. The grille is also positioned at a more vertical angle and enlarged, creating a powerful front mask. Furthermore, compared to the previous model, the body dimensions have increased by +20mm in length (4870mm), +35mm in width (1855mm), and +20mm in wheelbase (2875mm), enhancing driving stability and expanding interior space.

An interior expressing Mercedes' signature luxury

The refined interior of the E-Class, composed of tasteful shapes, premium materials, and beautiful colors, boasts a design of unique beauty. For instance, the horizontal lines emphasizing the dashboard meticulously follow the exterior design language, achieving a superb harmony throughout. Additionally, carefully selected high-quality wood trim that evokes a sense of spaciousness, and precisely assembled climate control vents, create an atmosphere of superior comfort and refinement, akin to a well-appointed residence.

The lineup consists of four grades, from the "E300" with a 3.0-liter V6 engine to the "E550 Avantgarde" with a 5.5-liter V8. Prices range from 7.3 million to 10.8 million yen. Initially, only left-hand drive models will be available, with right-hand drive models scheduled for delivery from early August.
