New Moonstone Interior Color Introduced

The second-generation Lexus IS, launched last May with a bold spindle grille,Lexus "IS"celebrates its first anniversary with interior and exterior specification changes.

In addition to engine variations, the IS is available in three specifications: standard, the more luxurious "version L," and the sporty "F SPORTS." With this update, LED front fog lamps are now standard on all models, including the standard and version L specifications. Auto-retracting power door mirrors with an anti-glare function and a tilt-down feature with reverse-linked memory are also now standard on all vehicles.



Inside, a new elegant cream-colored Moonstone option is available alongside Black. The center console and center cluster have been updated to Dark Gray Metallic, and the silver ornaments now feature a higher-gloss finish, enhancing the sense of luxury. Additionally, knee pads have been added to the sides of the front console. The multi-information display has also been updated to show tire pressure warnings.

Pricing starts at ¥4,382,000 for the IS250, equipped with a 2.5-liter V6 engine. The IS350, powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine, starts at ¥5,411,000. The hybrid IS300h, featuring a 2.5-liter inline-4 engine, begins at ¥4,999,000.
