A Special SLK Featuring a Striking Contrast of White and Red
MercedesMercedes-Benz Japan has released a special edition model of the two-seater open-top "SLK 200," equipped as standard with options including the Radar Safety Package. It will be available in a limited run of 100 units starting October 3rd.

Radar Safety and Other Features Standard
Based on the "SLK Class" two-seater open-top model, the "SLK 200 Radar Safety Edition" has been launched. This special edition is based on the "SLK 200," which features a 1.8-liter inline-4 turbocharged engine boasting a maximum output of 135kW (184ps), and comes equipped with various optional features as standard.
This newly released special edition comes standard with the "Radar Safety Package," which utilizes five millimeter-wave radar sensors and one camera to support safe driving (an option on the base model), as well as the "Magic Sky Control Panoramic Vario-roof," which allows for adjustable roof transparency.
The body color is Polar White, complemented by Bengal Red Nappa leather for the interior, creating a sporty contrast. Additionally, solar red ambient lighting softly illuminates the cabin at night, adding to the mood.
Other standard features include Parktronic with parking guidance and an auto-dimming rearview and door mirrors, all while priced at 6.33 million yen, 430,000 yen higher than the base model. Only 100 units will be sold.
