C 63 AMG with 507ps Arrives in Japan
The high-performance model equipped with a 6.3-liter V8 engine,C 63 AMGreceives further dedicated tuning for enhanced performance in the "C 63 AMG Edition 507," which is finally arriving in Japan. Sales are set to begin.

Announced at this year'sGeneva Motor Show, theMercedes-BenzC 63 AMG “Edition 507” is finally arriving in Japan. Sales will commence on August 1st.
The 6.3-liter V8 engine is equipped with technology developed for theSLS AMG, including forged pistons, connecting rods, and a lightweight crankshaft. Maximum output is 373kW (507ps) at 6,800rpm, an increase of 37kW (50ps) over the base model, and maximum torque is also increased by 10Nm to 610Nm at 5,200rpm. 0-100km/h acceleration is 4.2 seconds for the sedan and coupe, and 4.3 seconds for the station wagon. It achieves power second only to the "Black Series", reigning as the "strongest C-Class."
The chassis features specially designed forged 19-inch AMG cross-spoke alloy wheels. Larger diameter brakes are also adopted, providing powerful stopping capability.
The Edition 507 is available with an optional "AMG Track Package," which includes AMG Performance Suspension, a limited-slip differential, and the AMG Performance Media system that displays engine output/torque, G-sensor data, and lap times on the COMAND display.
While the station wagon is exclusively right-hand drive, both left-hand and right-hand drive options are available for the saloon and coupe models. Prices are ¥12.1 million for the sedan, ¥12.2 million for the coupe, and ¥12.3 million for the station wagon.
