Special Edition E-Class Arrives
DaimlerChrysler Japan has announced the "Avantgarde Limited," a special edition model with enhanced luxury features for the Mercedes-Benz E240 and E320 Avantgarde. It will be available in a limited production of 300 units each, starting April 26th.

A Special Avantgarde Model
The "E240 Avantgarde Limited" is a special edition based on the "E240," featuring Avantgarde specifications. In addition to the Avantgarde's exclusive suspension and white meter panel, it is equipped with bi-xenon headlamps with washers and 5-twin-spoke alloy wheels. The price is 6.45 million yen, an increase of 975,000 yen over the base model.
Meanwhile, the "E320 Avantgarde Limited" adopts the "AIRMATIC DC suspension" that is standard only on the "E500 Avantgarde." The interior features leather seats and a harman/kardon sound system tuned specifically for the E-Class. The price is 7.77 million yen, an increase of 315,000 yen over the base model.
