Events and Campaigns Featuring Cyclist Bernard Hinault

Renault Japon and Le Coq Sportif, the official supplier of the "Tour de France" cycling race for nearly 40 years, have launched a collaboration.

Le Coq Sportif is promoting activities featuring the renowned French cyclist Bernard Hinault. Hinault achieved numerous victories in major international races from the late 1970s to the mid-1980s, during which time he was part of the now-defunct legendary professional cycling team "Renault-Gitane."

Renault Japon is supporting these activities featuring Hinault, who has deep ties with Renault. At the venue, a special Kangoo, "WITH KANGOO & LE COQ 2019," will be unveiled as a symbol of the collaboration.

This Kangoo features the Le Coq Sportif logo and illustrations by Paris-based sports illustrator Greg Bodévan, a close friend of Hinault.

A talk event with Hinault will be held on Saturday, June 1. Although advance registration is closed, some standing room tickets are expected to be available on the day. Additionally, an Instagram campaign featuring Hinault's commemorative jersey and original bicycle, jointly organized by both companies, will run until Saturday, July 20.http://special.lecoqsportif-jp.com/withbuddy
