To enhance its off-road capability, the ground clearance has been increased by 65mm to 210mm compared to the V60, and a dedicated suspension has been adopted to strengthen its rough road performance. Furthermore, it features an exterior design exclusive to the Cross Country, differing from the standard V60.

The new model introduces two grades: "Cross Country," corresponding to the previous "Momentum," and "Cross Country Pro," equivalent to the higher-spec "Summum."

Both models are powered by the "T5" 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline turbo engine, producing a maximum output of 187kW (254ps) and a peak torque of 350Nm (35.7kgm). It is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and features all-wheel drive. This marks the first AWD gasoline model in the new V60 series.

The price for the Cross Country is 5.49 million yen, and the higher-grade Cross Country Pro is 6.49 million yen.
