The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, reborn under the Mercedes-Benz brand and launched in Japan last year, has undergone specification changes.

These changes include a revised front grille design and the addition of new body colors, including two-tone options.

The front grille, said to be inspired by pinstripe suits, features vertical louvers. Its design shares an image with the Maybach launched in 2002, conveying a sense of dignity and prestige.

Additionally, new mirror-finished 20-inch forged alloy wheels are available as an option. The body color palette now includes nine new two-tone options, previously featured on past Maybach models. Including single-tone colors, there are now 19 choices available.

Furthermore, for the "S 650" interior, "designo Brown Magnolia Wood Flowing Lines" and "designo Piano Lacquer Wood Flowing Lines," which add flowing lines to the wood trim, are offered as optional equipment.

Pricing starts at 23.08 million yen for the "S 560" with a 4-liter V8 direct-injection twin-turbo engine, and the all-wheel-drive "S 560 4MATIC" is also priced at 23.08 million yen. The "S 650" with a 6-liter V12 twin-turbo engine is 28.21 million yen.
