New E450 4MATIC with Increased Output Added

A common change across all newly introduced E-Class models is the adoption of a new steering wheel design, featuring "Touch Control buttons" and switches for the "automatic restart function" that allow operation of navigation and vehicle settings without removing hands from the wheel, thereby improving operability.

For the Sedan and Station Wagon, leather seats, previously an optional feature, are now standard across all models, enhancing their premium feel.

The Coupe and Cabriolet models now feature "Illuminated Air Outlets" for the front seats, a design also found in the new CLS. These outlets, inspired by turbine engines and finished in silver shadow, incorporate illumination selectable from 64 colors. The lights turn red when the air conditioning temperature is raised and blue when lowered, allowing for intuitive understanding of operational status while creating a futuristic ambiance.

The "E450 4MATIC" replaces the previous E400 4MATIC, utilizing a modified 3.0-liter engine instead of the M276 3.5-liter V6 twin-turbo engine. This new engine delivers an increased output of 367 PS (270 kW) and 500 Nm of torque, a gain of 34 PS (25 kW) and 20 Nm. The E450 4MATIC Exclusive model features aerodynamically designed 18-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels.

Prices range from 7.01 million yen for the Sedan (E200 Avantgarde) to 18.05 million yen for the AMG E63 S 4MATIC+; from 7.38 million yen for the Station Wagon (E200 Station Wagon Avantgarde) to 18.58 million yen for the AMG E63 S 4MATIC+ Station Wagon; and from 7.00 million yen for the Coupe (E200 Coupe) to 11.41 million yen for the E450 4MATIC Cabriolet Sport.
