A Saloon Not Previously Available in Japan

The Lexus "ES" is a model that was born in 1989 as part of Lexus's initial lineup, alongside the flagship sedanLS"LS". Although not currently sold in Japan, it is a core E-segment sedan model in many countries and regions.

The released teaser images show large-diameter tires and a spindle grille that has changed from its previous horizontal pattern to a vertical one. Lexus also claims that "the 'ES-ness' of superior comfort has been further evolved."

Details such as specifications are scheduled to be announced at the press conference on Wednesday, April 25, when the Beijing Motor Show opens. We look forward to further updates, including whether it will be introduced in Japan.
