“Excitement” for Everyone, Everywhere
Suzuki exhibited a total of 20 vehicles, including seven world premieres, such as its new compact car.
The “e-SURVIVOR” is a compact SUV proposed for the next era, inheriting the appeal of Suzuki's past compact SUVs like the Jimny and Escudo. While retaining the off-road capability derived from its ladder frame and lightweight compact body, it proposes new driving possibilities with a four-wheel independent drive system featuring two motors on each of the front and rear axles.
In addition, Suzuki showcased concept models including the "Spacia Concept" lightweight tall wagon, the luxurious "Spacia Custom Concept" tall wagon, the "XBEE" compact crossover designed to suit various lifestyles, and the "Carry Kei-Toraichi Concept" mini-truck, among others.
Under the theme "'Excitement' for Everyone, Everywhere," Suzuki, which will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2020, presented its initiatives for product and technological development for the next century.
