Luxury & Sportiness
The BMW press conference at the Tokyo Motor Show began with an elegant atmosphere, featuring live performances by violin and cello players from the NHK Symphony Orchestra. This embodied the theme, "Story of Luxury," and the exhibition showcased five models, including a concept car, making their Asian premiere.
“Concept 8 Series” embodies the style of the upcoming 8 Series Coupe,” with an exterior that fuses a traditional long hood with aggressive design ideas. The interior also speaks of a luxury car that combines dynamism and refinement.
The other concept model is the "Concept Z4." This model embodies BMW's driving pleasure, characterized by its short hood, sharp overhangs, a driver's seat positioned centrally, and vertically stacked headlights.
The BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo” is a sporty model featuring a higher cockpit and a spacious interior. The new M5 is a monstrous sedan equipped with a 600ps M-tuned V8 twin-turbo engine, capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds. The new X3with its large kidney grille, was also on display.
