Concept Cars to Debut Globally
At this year's Tokyo Motor Show, which opens with press days on Wednesday, October 25, special invitation day on Friday, October 27, and public opening from Saturday, October 28, Lexus will unveil the new model of its flagship sedan, the "LS" LS, which had its world premiere at the Detroit Motor Show.
The completely redesigned LS adopts the newly developed GA-L platform for rear-wheel-drive vehicles, similar to the coupe model, the "LC". The lineup includes the "LS500," powered by a newly developed V6 twin-turbo engine, and the "LS500h", which features the "Multi-Stage Hybrid System" combined with an automatic transmission. Furthermore, the latest technologies, including the advanced safety package "Lexus Safety System + A," are also highlights.
At the Lexus booth, in addition to this, the "LC", the recently minor-changed "CT", and "NX", a concept car making its world debut will also be announced.
