GS200t Becomes GS300
Specifications for Lexus's mid-size saloons, the "GS" and "GS F," have been updated. One of these changes reflects the increasing prevalence of turbo models in Lexus's lineup; the model name for the 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder turbo has been changed from the previous "GS200t" to "GS300."
Furthermore, for the GS, the FR model of the "GS350" equipped with a 3.5-liter V6, the hybrid "GS300h," and the newly renamed "GS300" will now be available with a Torsen LSD as an option, which was not previously offered. Its installation enhances traction performance, improving cornering exit, and stability on rough roads or snowy conditions.
"GS FThe "GS F" sees an expansion of its "Lexus Safety System +" pre-collision safety package. All-speed dynamic radar cruise control is now standard, and lane keeping assist has been added. Additionally, a new interior color, Black & Accent Flare Red, has been introduced, bringing the total to five color options.
Pricing starts at ¥5,770,000 to ¥6,770,000 for the GS300, ¥6,153,000 to ¥7,160,000 for the GS300h, ¥6,430,000 to ¥7,648,000 for the GS350, and ¥7,428,000 to ¥8,463,000 for the GS450h. The GS F is priced at ¥11,120,000.
