The limited-edition "Passat Variant TSI Eleganceline Tech Edition" introduced this time is based on the popular "TSI Eleganceline" grade, with advanced functions, safety equipment, and connectivity features using digital technology as standard.
Specifically, it includes the "Technology Package," which combines the "Active Info Display" digital instrument cluster using a large 12.3-inch TFT LCD to display various functions, "Dynamic Light Assist" that automatically adjusts the illumination area by calculating the position and distance of oncoming and preceding vehicles with a front camera, the "Park Assist" parking assistance system that automatically controls steering for parallel parking and garage parking, the "Area View" surround-view camera that provides an overhead view of the vehicle, and the electronic differential lock "XDS." Additionally, the "Discover Pro Package" is standard, featuring the infotainment navigation system "Discover Pro" with gesture control, the mobile online service "Volkswagen Car-Net" integrating connectivity and telematics functions, the "Rear Assist" rearview camera, and an ETC2.0 compatible onboard unit.
The exterior features dynamic cornering lights, headlight washers, and specially designed 18-inch alloy wheels. Two body colors are available: Pyrite Silver Metallic and Manganese Gray Metallic. With 150 units of each color produced, the price is set at 4,494,000 yen, an increase of 460,000 yen.
