Limited Edition and Catalog Models Available

Brabus models have been added to the new generation of smart cars, which have undergone a full model change.fortwoandforfourThe "Brabus forfour Xclusive," a four-seater, is the newest addition to smart's catalog models. While orders are already being accepted, sales will not begin until May of next year.

Meanwhile, the "Brabus Xclusive Limited" will be sold for a limited time. In addition to the four-seater "forfour," this model will be available for the two-seater "fortwo" and the two-seater convertible "cabrio," with orders accepted until March of next year.

The powertrain is the same for all models: a 0.9-liter inline 3-cylinder turbocharged engine tuned by Brabus. Maximum output is 80 kW (109 hp), an increase of 14 kW (19 hp) over the normal model, and maximum torque is 170 Nm, an increase of 35 Nm.

The transmission is the Brabus-exclusive 6-speed dual-clutch "twinamic" transmission, which improves shift speed by up to 40% and enhances performance with revised gear ratios. Additionally, it features exclusive equipment such as a suspension and direct steering system to provide a sporty driving feel.

Interior Color Customization Program Also Available

The exterior is also equipped with exclusive front spoilers and rear skirts. Furthermore, the catalog model "Brabus forfour Xclusive" will feature the "smart Brabus tailor made" program, allowing for free customization of not only the exterior, such as body color and front grille, but also the interior color.

The limited-edition models are available only in monotone colors: white for the "fortwo," matte gray for the "cabrio," and red for the "forfour."

Prices for the limited-edition models are 2.97 million yen for the "fortwo Xclusive Limited," 3.27 million yen for the "cabrio Xclusive Limited," and 3.17 million yen for the "forfour Xclusive Limited." The catalog model "forfour Xclusive," scheduled for release in May next year or later, will be 3.12 million yen.
