Arriving with the AMG Sports Package

The special limited editions "E 300 BlueEFFICIENCY AVANTGARDE Limited" and "E 350 BlueTEC AVANTGARDE Limited," now on sale from Mercedes-Benz Japan, are based on the "E 300 BlueEFFICIENCY AVANTGARDE," equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 gasoline engine, and the "E 350 BlueTEC AVANTGARDE," equipped with a 3-liter V6 diesel engine. Both are limited models fitted with the "AMG Sports Package" and "Distronic Plus" safety package.

The "AMG Sports Package" enhances the exterior with front and rear bumpers incorporating an under-spoiler, different from the base grade, and larger side skirts. Further refinements include 18-inch AMG alloy wheels, drilled ventilated discs, and exclusive brake calipers with the Mercedes-Benz logo, transforming the car into a sportier form. The interior features AMG sports steering, black AMG sports seats with white stitching, stainless steel foot pedals, and dedicated floor mats as standard.

The "Distronic Plus" safety package is a suite of driver assistance systems utilizing five radar sensors and one camera. It includes "PRE-SAFE Brake," which activates automatic emergency braking upon detecting a risk of frontal collision; "Distronic Plus" adaptive cruise control that maintains a constant distance from the vehicle ahead, even decelerating to a complete stop at 0 km/h in traffic jams; "Active Blind Spot Assist," which monitors the blind spot area diagonally behind the vehicle during lane changes and corrects the course with independent braking on each wheel to avoid a collision if a risk is detected; "Active Lane Keeping Assist," which warns the driver by vibrating the steering wheel if the vehicle deviates from its lane and attempts to steer it back automatically; "BAS Plus" to assist brake force during emergency braking; and "Child Safety Seat Sensor" which automatically cancels the front passenger airbag when a genuine optional child safety seat is installed.


Both the "E 300 BlueEFFICIENCY AVANTGARDE Limited" and "E 350 BlueTEC AVANTGARDE Limited" are available in right-hand drive. The body color for both is exclusively "Calcite White." The interior color is also limited to black, with black ash wood trim.

The "E 300 BlueEFFICIENCY AVANTGARDE Limited" is priced at 7.35 million yen, with a limited production run of 250 units. The "E 350 BlueTEC AVANTGARDE Limited" is priced at 8.1 million yen, with a limited production run of 50 units.
