Naturally, this Gallardo LP550-2 Spyder is not merely a soft-top version. To maintain the performance of the Gallardo LP550-2 while adding the enjoyment of an open-top car, Lamborghini's engineers re-evaluated the entire vehicle's tuning, starting with the damper settings. The result is "incredibly agile" and "intuitive handling."

Furthermore, switching the ESP (Electronic Stability Program), which normally prioritizes safety, to CORSA mode allows for significant drifts. This fully unleashes the dynamic capabilities unique to the LP550-2 series.

The 5.2-liter V10 engine produces a maximum output of 550 hp (405 kW) and a peak torque of 540 Nm. With a vehicle weight of 1,520 kg, it achieves a monstrous 0-100 km/h acceleration in 4.2 seconds and a top speed of 319 km/h, whether the soft top is open or closed.
