Sporty 'GT Line' Added to 308

Peugeot Citroën Japon announced that they will newly establish the sporty "GT Line" version for Peugeot's hatchback model "308" and station wagon type "308SW". Sales will commence on Friday, July 10th.

New Magnetic Blue Body Color Exclusive to This Model

The full model change was completed, and sales in Japan began last November.Peugeot "308" and "308SW"It is equipped with a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder turbo engine that delivers a maximum output of 96 kW (130 ps) and a maximum torque of 230 Nm, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Furthermore, the platform has been revamped, achieving a weight reduction of up to 70 kg and improving fuel efficiency.

The GT Line is the second model to be introduced, following the sporty grade "GT Line" already available for the sports coupeRCZ GT Line"Peugeot RCZ". It will be sold as the second highest grade, below the "Cielo" which comes with a panoramic glass roof, for both models.

The exterior features a dedicated front grille with "GT Line" emblems, LED fog lamps, dedicated side skirts, black door mirrors, and 18-inch alloy wheels, creating a sporty aesthetic. The interior is enhanced with red stitching accents for a more premium feel, along with aluminum pedals and a 9-speaker Hi-Fi audio system.

The body colors include 6 options, featuring the new exclusive Magnetic Blue for the GT Line. The price for the hatchback 308 is 3.14 million yen, and for the station wagon 308SW, it is 3.388 million yen.
