The Smart Fortwo now features a high-performance model with an engine and suspension developed by BRABUS, the master of tuning.

The engine is a 1-liter, 3-cylinder DOHC turbo engine that delivers 102ps at 6,000rpm, a 44 percent (31ps) increase over the standard model. The transmission, reinforced with features like increased clutch capacity, boasts a 20 percent faster shift speed, enabling more direct and quicker gear changes.

Maximum torque is 147Nm at 2,500-3,600rpm, developed to deliver high torque at lower RPMs than the standard model, considering ease of use in various driving situations. The suspension also features dedicated dampers and springs to match the enhanced power.

Limited Edition: 200 Coupes, 50 Cabrios

The exterior features a custom design with a front spoiler, side and rear skirts, dark headlights, and dual chrome exhaust tips. Combined with the lowered stance, it exudes the powerful presence characteristic of Brabus. The car is further enhanced with exclusive 6-twin-spoke alloy wheels.

The interior boasts a luxurious and refined space, featuring a Brabus-exclusive instrument panel with a trip computer, leather seats accented with grey stitching, and custom trim.

The "Coupe Brabus Xclusive" is limited to 200 units, and the "Cabrio Brabus Xclusive" to 50 units. Prices are ¥2.72 million for the coupe and ¥2.90 million for the cabrio.
