More Sporty, New Version Also Available

In line with the enhancement of Lexus' design philosophy "L-finesse," all vehicles now feature sharp L-shaped LED position lamps in the headlights. Additionally, sporty accents have been further emphasized with the addition of aluminum-like trim on the steering switch base and other areas. The speedometer display is now limited to 260 km/h (330 km/h for the IS F).

For the IS350 and IS250, a new sporty version, "F SPORT," has been established, inheriting the concept of "F" with the LFA at its pinnacle, allowing drivers to enjoy spirited driving. The IS350C, equipped with a 3.5-liter gasoline engine, has been added to the convertible lineup.

Furthermore, for the 2WD IS250 models, improvements to the control of the engine, transmission, and alternator have increased fuel efficiency by 0.4 km/ℓ compared to the previous model, reaching 12.2 km/ℓ. This achieves the "FY2010 Fuel Economy Standard +15 Percent" and, combined with the already certified "17-Mode Emission Reduction Level (75% below 2005 standards), qualifies for a 50% reduction in automobile acquisition tax and automobile weight tax.

The main changes are as follows.

IS350, IS250

The design of the front grille, bumper, rear combination lamps, and aluminum wheels (17 and 18 inches) has been revised. New exterior colors include Lapis Lazuli Mica, Starlight Black Glass Flake, and Silvery Blue Metallic.

The newly established "F SPORT" features newly tuned coil springs, shock absorbers, rear stabilizer, and bushings. The suspension, combined with the electric power steering, achieves a linear steering feel, ensuring overall high stability.

The exterior adopts "F SPORT" exclusive front grille, spoilers, and front fenders with "F SPORT" emblems. The interior features exclusive sports seats (nubuck-like fabric) with excellent hold, along with exclusive color (Ash Blue Metallic) ornamental panels and a leather steering wheel (with paddle shifts) and leather shift knob bearing the "F SPORT" logo, inheriting the philosophy of "F" and emphasizing a sporty image.

IS350C, IS250C

A total of nine exterior colors are available, including the new Lapis Lazuli Mica.

There are seven interior color patterns available, including three new colors: Black & Red, Light Gray, and Saddle Tan.

A new switch allows for the simultaneous opening and closing of all windows, improving usability. The 3.5-liter gasoline engine (2GR-FSE) is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission (6 Super ECT), enabling powerful and smooth acceleration.

IS F

The alignment has been adjusted through changes to the rear suspension's camber angle settings, and specialized tuning has been applied, including improvements to the shock absorbers and bushings.


When the GPS navigation system confirms the vehicle's position within a "Circuit Mode" available area (the usable range for mode activation can be confirmed at Lexus dealerships), the mode can be selected from the navigation screen. When the driver selects Circuit Mode, the IS F's potential can be further unleashed. Using the SPORT mode switch on the steering wheel also provides a different driving sensation.

The interior features a tachometer with a blue self-illuminating LED needle at the center of the combination meter. Additionally, a digital speedometer and shift-up indicator are arranged to enhance visibility.

The standard seats are black sports seats with improved cushion fit. Additionally, optional seats made of suede-like Alcantara are available, further enhancing durability and hold.
