Offering High-Quality Used Cars with Strong Asset Value

Since its launch in December 2007, the NISSAN GT-R has continuously evolved in terms of after-sales service for its customers.
The new loyalty plan announced this time is being established to provide higher quality used cars with strong asset value, as the NISSAN GT-R enters its third year since release and an increase in used vehicles is expected in the market.
It is scheduled to be introduced from November of this year. Furthermore, maintenance has been improved by enabling repairs through component replacement for the transmission, starting in September.

Specifically, the plan focuses on:

1. Revision of the GT-R Certified Used Car System

2. Improvement of Maintainability

These are the core pillars of this introduction.

New special appraisal standards will be set to ensure fair evaluation when owners sell their cars, and the system will be revised to provide greater peace of mind for subsequent buyers.

Regarding the certified used car system, the previous criteria of within 3 years of initial registration and within 20,000 km/year mileage have been expanded to within 5 years and within 100,000 km.
Based on these criteria, vehicles will be checked and serviced at Nissan High Performance Centers (NHPC), with necessary parts replaced, to ensure high-quality vehicles with performance and quality nearly equivalent to new cars are sold as "certified used cars."
For customers purchasing certified used cars, a "Fresh-Up Kit" (tentative name), which includes parts from the 2010 model, will be introduced as a set.

Door Weather Strip
Thatcham-compliant Vehicle Anti-theft System

Furthermore, plans are underway to allow customers to compare and consider multiple vehicles at "Car Terminal Tokyo," a flagship shop that exhibits and sells GT-R certified used cars, when purchasing a certified used car.

Purchasers will receive a "Used Car Wide Warranty," covering repairs by GT-R certified technical staff at Nissan High Performance Centers (NHPC) for one year with unlimited mileage, along with a free inspection one month or 1,000 km after purchase.

Previously, repairs to the transmission required replacement of the entire unit. However, the dual clutch and hydraulic control valve can now be repaired by replacing individual components.

With this expansion of the loyalty plan, Nissan's world-renowned supercar, the GT-R, will undoubtedly become more accessible to potential users.
