The Beautiful and Talented Muses of Detroit

The Detroit Auto Show used to be a festival of show models. Each manufacturer's design team would present one interesting proposal after another, with a "Wouldn't you want a car like this?" kind of vibe. It was like a more professional version of the Tokyo Auto Salon.Tokyo Auto SalonIt's a shame that atmosphere has disappeared, but the women remain. It's true that the level of skin exposure is lower than before, and in that regard, the Tokyo Auto Salon might have the edge.

But the women at every booth could answer questions about the cars and gave an impression of being both beautiful and intelligent. There was also an air of them eagerly posing for photos, saying "Ah, take my picture!" It's thanks to these women that a car show made of metal, rubber, glass, and plastic doesn't feel so harsh, I truly realized.

With grateful appreciation, here we present the smiles of the muses we encountered at the show. I believe it also showcases a facet of the unique charm of the United States, with its diverse population.
