The details are as follows:

The Carrera S will have a maximum output of 400 hp.
The Carrera will be equipped with a 3.4-liter engine shared with the Boxster S, producing 350 hp.
The transmission will be a 7-speed manual or a 7-speed PDK (dual-clutch transmission), both featuring launch control (a function that allows for intense acceleration by pressing the brake with the left foot, then the accelerator with the right, and instantly releasing the brake).
Regarding body dimensions, the overall width has increased by 2.5 inches (approx. 6.4 cm), and the wheelbase by 4 inches (approx. 10.2 cm). The extended wheelbase is reportedly to accommodate the system for the hybrid model scheduled for addition in 2016.
Fuel efficiency has improved by 12-15 percent.
The Carrera comes standard with 19-inch wheels, while the Carrera S is equipped with 20-inch wheels (20-inch wheels are an optional extra for the Carrera).
Lap times at the Nürburgring are 8:04 for the Carrera and 7:50 for the Carrera S. With the "Best Setup," the Carrera S recorded 7:37.

As detailed above, the new 911, with expectations for a hybrid model as early as 2016, is a compelling prospect. We eagerly await further details.

BRAND HISTORY
PORSCHE is a leading German sports car brand that commands overwhelming support from skilled drivers worldwide. Its origins trace back to 1931. Ferdinand Porsche, a prodigy who distinguished himself as an automotive engineer in his twenties, gained experience as technical director at Daimler before establishing his own "Porsche Design Office" in Stuttgart, Germany. From there, he was entrusted with the development of various vehicles for automobile manufacturers. Among his most famous works is the "Volkswagen Beetle," which significantly contributed to motorization as Germany's "people's car."

The first car to bear his name as a manufacturer was the "356," introduced in 1948. Since then, Porsche has introduced sports cars such as the "911," "924," and "928," while also focusing on motorsport. For instance, they have achieved 16 victories in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, arguably the world's most grueling race, and contributed to three series championships as an engine supplier in Formula 1, marking a brilliant racing history. It goes without saying that their technological prowess and dedication to driving performance continue to live on in their products today.

Currently, the "911," which continues to be highly acclaimed as a top-tier sports car even 45 years after its debut, along with the open-top sports car "Boxster," its coupe counterpart "Cayman," the premium sports SUV "Cayenne," and the 5-door hatchback "Panamera," all boast immense popularity within their respective lineups.
