Unrivaled Thrill from Mercedes
Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG (Part 1)

Mercedes-Benzboasts an exceptionally high-performance special line: "AMG." It's not just a luxury car, nor is it merely a high-performance vehicle. Delve into its unique character, and you'll begin to understand what makes AMG so rare.
This time, we'll introduce the "C63 AMG," the youngest sibling in the AMG lineup. Based on the "C-Class," it's an unparalleled "luxurious toy" with a massive 6.2-liter engine crammed into its compact body.

The "One Man, One Engine" Philosophy

As a car enthusiast, imagine the joy of choosing a body style—be it a coupe or station wagon—or a size that fits your life stage, all centered around an engine you've fallen in love with. Is such a luxurious car selection merely a distant dream?

No, there's a brand that makes such dreams a reality. It's "AMG," born from enhancing the allure of Mercedes-Benz and refining its driving dynamics, creating a distinct personality.

AMG is the division that handles Mercedes' high-performance vehicles, and models bearing its name reign as the top-tier grades across the Mercedes-Benz lineup.

A well-known hallmark of AMG's dedication is the "One Man, One Engine" philosophy. This approach involves a single master craftsman meticulously assembling an entire engine from start to finish. The meister's signature on the engine's cylinder head cover is a testament to their confidence and pride.

A disproportionately large 6.2-liter V8 engine resides within a 4.7-meter body. Tuned for high revs, it produces 457 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque, delivering exquisite response and powerful output from low speeds to the top end.

AMG also oversees the design. The aggressive front fascia,
the 18-inch five-spoke alloy wheels and wide tires that conceal the reinforced braking system,
and the four tailpipes exiting on either side of the rear all contribute to a presence absent in the standard "C-Class."

The Youngest Sibling of the "63 AMG" Series

Leveraging its engine tuning expertise, AMG developed this masterpiece—a 6208cc V8 engine—from the ground up.

While we'll discuss its feel later, the execution of the body housing this 6.2-liter V8 is nothing short of remarkable.

From the flagship roadster "SL-Class," the luxurious sedan "S-Class" and its coupe counterpart "CL-Class," the slightly smaller "E-Class" sedan and station wagon, the coupe-styled "CLS-Class," and further to the "CLK-Class" coupe and convertible, and the "ML-Class" SUV—the choices are truly abundant.

And let's not forget the "C-Class," available as both a sedan and a station wagon. What kind of character does the "C63 AMG," the youngest sibling of the "63 AMG" series, possess?
