The Ginza herbal tea salon, Santa Maria Novella Tisaneeria Ginza, has reopened as GIAGGIOLO Herb House. Under the concept of a "comprehensive shop for the consumption and sale of herb-related products," it launches as a sister establishment to the popular restaurant GIAGGIOLO Ginza.

GIAGGIOLO Herb House is a herbal tea salon that proposes a rich and refined daily lifestyle through food, offering herbs and fruits as herbal teas and dolci, made with natural, body-friendly ingredients.
Enjoy flavorful herbal teas and naturally sweet dolci, which fully leverage the medicinal and aromatic benefits of herbs traditionally incorporated into life in Italy and across Europe, in a serene setting. Furthermore, we offer sales of herbal teas tailored to individual preferences and guidance on how to enjoy them, supporting "beauty and health through herbs."
The "Herb & Fruit Salad" shown in the lower left of the photo features fruit marinated in chili pepper, served in a mango soup infused with the aroma of herbs. It is available as a standalone dish (980 yen) or as part of the lunch set (including focaccia and herbal tea, 1260 yen).
The "Rose Royal Milk Tea" shown in the upper center of the photo is a royal milk tea blended with fragrant rose, chamomile, elderflower, licorice, and peppermint. It can be enjoyed in-house (1470 yen) or purchased by weight (from 30g, 1827 yen) to enjoy at home.
GIAGGIOLO Ginza's Popular "15 Herb Salad" Now Available Online
The restaurant GIAGGIOLO Ginza, which incorporates the medicinal properties of herbs into its cuisine, has launched online sales (http://www.giaggiolo-onlineshop.com/) of its signature "15 Herb Salad." Freshly picked morning herbs, meticulously cultivated at the Taiyo Mahoroba Farm, are bagged the same day and shipped directly from the farm the following morning. They are delivered in their just-picked, fresh state (orders placed by 1 PM). The portion size is the same as served in the restaurant, approximately 4 servings, making it perfect for home dining, home parties, or seasonal gifts.
