A Green Floral Accord Evokes a Sense of Purity

Founded in 1720 by the family of Jean Louis Fargeon, Marie Antoinette's perfumer, "Oriza L. Legrand" is a historic brand. From this venerable house comes a new fragrance based on "Muguet."

Muguet is French for lily of the valley. In France, May 1st is celebrated as "La Fete du Muguet," or Lily of the Valley Day, with a tradition of gifting lily of the valley to loved ones. The new "Muguet Fleuri" lavishly uses this symbol of good fortune. Inspired by a fragrance launched in 1920, it has been reborn for the modern era, as if layering multiple veils of happiness onto that classic scent.

The fragrance accord is green floral. The fresh green notes of the top accord give a vibrant breath to the lily of the valley, gradually transitioning to a gentle aroma of galbanum and angelica, reminiscent of a walk through a forest. The oakmoss and lily in the base notes highlight the delicate yet powerful beauty of lily of the valley blooming in dappled sunlight.

This refreshing scent, like wearing good fortune, is fitting for the start of a crisp new season.

Available nationwide from Thursday, March 19th. An early release will be available exclusively at Isetan Shinjuku from Wednesday, February 18th.
