Choupette, Reimagined as "Shupette," Arrives for Christmas!

Choupette, a cat with a Cinderella-like story, was entrusted to Karl Lagerfeld's care in 2012 for Christmas. Due to her charm, she never returned to her original owner and became a daughter in the Lagerfeld household.

She is also famous as one of the most talked-about cats on social media, with two maids keeping her diary and dining with Karl, using iPads – reportedly never eating on the floor.

Choupette finally makes her debut in the beauty industry with Shu Uemura. The main visual for the collection, "Shupette by Karl Lagerfeld for Shu Uemura," was photographed by Lagerfeld himself, featuring Choupette reimagined as "Shupette."

The makeup for the main visual of "Shupette by Karl Lagerfeld for Shu Uemura" was handled by Shu Uemura International Artistic Director, Kosei Itsuide.

Lagerfeld and Itsuide, who have collaborated on several shoots since their 2012 collaboration, work seamlessly together, building anticipation for this new creation for the Christmas season.
